The wines tasted were:
Whites: Dorado 2008(Alvarinho), Auratus 2008 (Alvarinho and Trajadura), Casa de Mouraz Dão 2008, CASA de MOURAZ Encruzado Dão 2008
Red wines: Quinta dos Roques, Alfrocheiro Dão 2007, Quinta dos Roques Jaen, Dão 2007, Quinta da Pellada Touriga-Nacional, Dão 2004, Quinta do Crasto, Douro 2004, Herdade do Esporão Touriga-Nacional, Alentejo 2007, CASA de MOURAZ Dão 2007 and Charme, Douro 2007.
In my opinion, the best wines were the white CASA de MOURAZ Encruzado 2008 and the red Charme 2007 (from Niepoort). The Encruzado is very delicate, mineral and pure and the Charme it's a wonderfull wine, with a ligth color and a delicate and fruity palate, both perfect in harmony, delicacy and finesse. Great wines!!
And for the end, two lovely wines from Madeira, a Verdelho from 1981 and a Boal 10 Years Old Reserve, both from Barbeito.
